Adrian Bejarano

Co-Founder and Managing Partner 

Adrian Bejarano is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of OlivePoint Capital, where he serves on the firm's Investment Committee and oversees the firm's real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management. Prior to co-founding OlivePoint, Adrian spent 8 years at CIM Group, where he was a Managing Director focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies. At CIM, he led more than 100 transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in investment volume, primarily within the US middle market space, with a focus on complex, execution-driven deals typically under $75 million in size. Adrian was also responsible for portfolio oversight of the firm's $10 billion+ opportunistic strategy. This included portfolio strategy and composition, asset management, and investment priorities of the company's opportunistic investments across multiple asset classes, such as residential, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and studio, across North America. 

Before joining CIM Group, Adrian was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a corporate and real estate attorney. Adrian holds a J.D degree from the University of Costa Rica and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
