MATTHEW KING

VICE PRESIDENT

Matthew is a VicePresident with OlivePoint Capital where he is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining OlivePoint, Matthew was a Director at Turnbridge Equities, a real estate private equity fund and operator, where he initiated the firm’s west coast expansion and was responsible for market analysis and expertise, thesis generation, fostering industry relationships, and sourcing and executing investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Turnbridge Matthew was on the investments team at CIM Group, a real estate private equity fund manager and operator, where he closed new acquisitions, credit investments, debt and equity capital raises, and oversaw development/execution for real estate assets totaling $1 billion+ across several major US markets.

Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, with minors in Business and Real Estate.
